This policy explains what JEJ-1 CBN LLC (dba Community Business Networks) collects when you use www.cbnj7.com, why, and what you can do about it.
We sell a study resource. We are not in the data business: we do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
When you ask for the free 37 Miracles chart: your first name and email address.
When you buy: your name, email address, billing address, and — for printed orders — your shipping address. Your order details and amount.
Card details go to Stripe, not to us. We never see or store your full card number.
When you download a purchased file, we record the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string, against your order.
That last one is deliberate and we want to be upfront about it. It serves two purposes: it proves we delivered what you paid for if a payment is ever disputed, and it lets us enforce the licence if a file turns up somewhere it shouldn't. It is a delivery log, not behavioural tracking — we are not building a profile of you.
Your files are watermarked with your name, email and order number, and carry an embedded identifier. See the Digital Licence for the detail.
Basic technical logs — the hosting platform records standard request logs for security and reliability.
We do not collect: your date of birth, government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise location, or any special-category data. We do not ask about your religious beliefs, and buying this product is not treated as a statement about them.

If you request the free chart or opt in, we may email you occasionally about the material and related resources. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional email. If you have bought something, you will still receive your download link, receipt and shipping notice — those are part of the thing you paid for, not marketing.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We may disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights — for example in a copyright claim over a leaked file.

Under the CCPA/CPRA you additionally have the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the purposes, and the categories of third parties it is disclosed to — all set out above — and the right to delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics.

We use only what the site needs to function — session and checkout cookies from GoHighLevel and Stripe. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may break checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Purchased files are served over HTTPS via private, expiring links. Delivered PDFs are individually encrypted.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email orders@cbnj7.com and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States and currently ship only within the US. If you contact us or buy digitally from outside the US, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from your own.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date, and if the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
